Free Shipping on Orders Over $250 USD

Processing takes 4-10 business days, though some items may require additional time. Orders are dispatched on regular business days (Monday to Friday) from our warehouses in Asia. Customers are responsible for pick-up if required.

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: Free shipping on orders over $250 USD (shipping fees excluded).
  • Japan & Korea Customers: Please enter your name and shipping address in English.
  • Mainland China & Taiwan Customers: Please enter your name and shipping address in Chinese.

Shipping Carriers:

We use DHL, SF Express, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Hermes, and Royal Mail for fast and accurate delivery.

Important Shipping Information

Customs & Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged by the destination country. We do not have control over these charges.
  • If you refuse to accept the package, it will be returned to MODNOIR at your expense (including shipping, duties, and taxes), and these costs will be deducted from any refund.

Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx)

  • Customers may be responsible for customs clearance fees.
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Orders under 1kg will be shipped via FedEx, as DHL does not ship packages under 1kg.

🚨 Incorrect Address Policy:
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a 25% inventory fee will be deducted from the refund. Reshipping is not available.


Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender / Abandoned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or phone number, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
  • If the customer is absent upon all delivery attempts, the package will be held at the local shipping courier center for pickup (as shown in the tracking history). If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to MODNOIR at the customer’s expense.
  • If a customer refuses receipt of a package, it will be returned to MODNOIR at the customer’s expense, including any shipping, duties, and taxes incurred.
  • Packages held at customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned, and customers forfeit their right to a refund or exchange.


Order Editing & Cancellation

  • You may edit or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
  • Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, edits and cancellations cannot be made.
  • To edit or cancel, click "Edit or Cancel Order" at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
  • If your order has not yet shipped after 48 hours, email modnoirmn@gmail.com to request an edit or cancellation.

📌 Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after being shipped. If more than 10 business days have passed, email modnoirmn@gmail.com for assistance.


International Customers

  • Japan & Korea Customers: Please enter your name and address in English.
  • Mainland China & Taiwan Customers: Please enter your name and address in Chinese.
  • For Overseas Payments: If your credit/debit card is declined, please use PayPal to check out.
  • For All Other Countries: Fill in your shipping details in English.
