Returns & Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items that have defects caused by our fault. If you experience any issues or would like to process a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Order Cancellations
An order is eligible for cancellation if:
- You request a cancellation via email within 24 hours of payment, and your order is still under "Pending" status without a confirmation email.
- The order has been delayed by more than 10 days since payment, and you have not received a notification regarding the delay.
- The ordered item is out of stock.
Returns Policy
If an item does not meet the return requirements below, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to determine whether returned merchandise is in sellable condition at our sole discretion.
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, unaltered, and free of odors or fragrances
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process:
- Take a photo of the return package with the shipping label before sending it.
- Email us the tracking number, your name, and your order number at modnoirmn@gmail.com.
- Ensure the return package follows these guidelines:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- All return packages must be sent with tracking shipping.
- Mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges (we are not responsible for any return customs fees).
- Include the Return Form inside the package.

Please include the following information in your return package:
- Name
- Order Number
- Clothing ID

Important Notes
- We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a 25% inventory fee will be deducted from the refund, as we cannot reship or refund shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company).
